Gratitude and Emotional Wellness Day Recap

Monday, May 13, 2019 the OIPE hosted a gratitude and emotional wellness day from 12-1 pm on the 1st floor of the RAHN Building as part of Student Wellness Week (May 13-17)

Dr. Erick Messias, Associate Dean of Faculty Affairs was on hand to discuss the importance of these topics to students, and faculty alike.

Part of Dr. Messias’s idea was the “Wall of Gratitude” where anyone could drop by and write down something they were grateful, or thankful for.

Also available were the SPOT Pet Therapy Dogs, which were a huge hit with everyone!
